Just wanted to let everyone know I have a job interview with Seafox Boats (www.seafoxboats.com) tomorrow morning at 9am. Its for an aluminum welder position welding aluminum t-tops and guard rails.

Please keep me in your thoughts/prayers if thats what you do. I need all the help I can get! I will let everyone know what came of it when I get back home tomorrow.

Hey everyone, I was waiting on the drug test to come back.. Man I was nervous because I wasn't sure of all the THC was out of my system from the years of smoking chronic! I just talked with them and they said everything came back fine! I GOT A JOB!!!!

Its official guys, I got all my paperwork filled out and I start tomorrow morning at 6am.

The money is really pathetic for a welder/fitter... If your a guy who knows anything about being that you may want to be seated when you hear this. $13/hr. WTF!?!?!? I was absolutely in shock when they told me. but I guess 13/hr is better than none.

Not much for a welder, but hey! You got a job. See it as a jumping board to something better in the future. Like you said, take it on a positive note, you will definitelly make more money then sitting at home, wondering where the next appartment rent money will come from, what will you eat, or how will you get the money to upgrade that good ol' fucking expensive calculator you have as a computer (ok that one was free, couldn't help myself hehe).

If you need more money there are quite a few welding jobs here in the North my friend. I'm sure the money is double than what you're making now. Let me know if you want to come home to Canada. Good on you C4. Got a couple of mates in the same trade over here. Doing Alloy Boats s well. Takes a lot of skill that's for sure. Best of luck. Shame about your Computer so you probably won't get this but I'm sure you will b back when you can. Onwards & upwards.
