About MOG
MOG, is a group of gaming and flying enthusiast's from arround the world who come together to challenge themselves though the use of IL 2 Sturmovik 1946. MOG flies missions which attempt to recreate certain historical aspects of every WWII theatre of air operations and provide an experience for our members as is possible using currently available technology. Members fly under identities adopted to reprecent their pilots in the various branches of service in the various airforces involved, and have their point totals for the missions they fly recorded and accumulated and by these means earn promotions, medals and proficiency recognition. The Mission Operations Groups affairs and interests shall be managed by a Board of Directors, a Chairman ( A.O.C.) and a Vice Chairman (2IC), all of whom to be elected at the Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors will consist of as many members of the M.O.G. as is deemed necessary to carry out M.O.G. business.
Meetings will be held annually ,quarterly or at any other time as deemed necessary by the Board of Directors. All members in good standing of the M.O.G. may vote at the A.G.M. or at any other vote or poll put before them. All members of the M.O.G. and Registered Participants have, by their commitment of time and energy to the M.O.G., the right to post questions ,comments, suggestions and complaints to the Mission Operations Groups website Forum; it is our Forum, please use it with respect. The Board of Directors will manage all aspect’s of the Groups affairs including, but not limited to, Recruiting, Rules, Procedures, Programs or matters concerning Conduct Unbecoming a member of the M.O.G. Agenda items will be resolved by means of 1 man ,1 vote.
